Giorgio Lesage is the director for advance development in Adler Pelzer Group, leading innovations activities in materials and process development, as well as managing the global acoustic team, in charge of materials, product and vehicles testing and simulation methodologies. During his career as material/process expert, he has developed new materials and products solution for NVH applications in the automotive industry as well as complex products for air treatment cooling, heating and dehumidification. Giorgio holds a master’s degree in polymer chemistry from Genoa University (Italy) and a Ph.D in industrial chemistry from Parma University.
