CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations made before 4 March 2019: 10% of invoice total payable
Cancellations made between 4 March and 4 April 2019: 50% of invoice total payable
Cancellations made after 4 April 2019: 100% of invoice total payable
SUBSTITUTIONS
You may send a substitute delegate at any time however all cancellations and substitutions must be made in writing to Katherine Hampson. Please email khampson@crain.com with your booking reference number, the delegate's full name, job title and company name.
PAYMENT
Bookings received less than two weeks before the summit date must be paid by credit card. Full payment must be received one week before the conference. If you arrive at the conference without payment having been received by us, we will require credit card details in order to process your registration or confirmation of your payment to avoid a charge to your credit card.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
You are advised to take out appropriate travel insurance as we will not accept any liability for travelling, accommodation or other expenses incurred as a consequence of a possible conference cancellation or postponement. In any event, Crain Communications Ltd will not accept liability for any loss, including incidental or consequential damages, etc.
